Location. Le Centre Sheraton Montreal is located one block from Ste. Catherine Street shops, two blocks from Bell Centre and three blocks from Montreal, QC, Canada's nightlife and entertainment. Mont Royal Park's hiking and biking trails are less than two kilometers from this property.

Hotel Features. Chinese art screens and flowered upholstery distinguish Le Boulevard restaurant that provides seating for 160 guests. Continental cuisine includes select low carbohydrate choices and a children's menu. L'Impromptu features a spacious interior and offers a sports bar atmosphere. The business center includes two computer workstations with high speed Internet access, serves guests 24 hours a day and is staffed from early morning until mid afternoon. The hotel also features well designed meeting rooms and a ballroom that accommodates up to 1,000 people. The relaxing outdoor terrace adjoins a sixth floor day spa, a fully equipped fitness center, and an atrium style lap pool where the attendant dispenses towels and oversees C�cile, the hotel's Trinidadian parrot. Massage therapy is available at the Massage Studio located across from the pool. On site shops include a beauty salon, jewelry boutique, tobacco shop and a sundry shop that offers newspapers and a selection of regional souvenirs.

Guestrooms. Le Centre Sheraton offers 825 guestrooms on 36 floors. Neutral walls and carpeting provide the backdrop for colorfully textured fabrics. All rooms feature signature beds with custom designed, plush top mattresses topped with fleece blankets, plump duvets in rich hues and five down pillows. Rooms include desks, sitting areas, minibars, cable televisions and in room safes that accommodate laptops. Dial up and high speed Internet access is available.

Expert Tip. The Montr�al Forum, once home to Montr�al Canadiens' hockey games, is two subway stops from the hotel. Now an entertainment complex, it retains some original seats. Visitors can sit on a player's bench beside a life sized statue of the team's legendary forward Maurice "Rocket" Richard.
