The R�sidence Le Royal is set in an attractive 1852 building on the edge of Annecy Old Town next to the Bishop's Palace Gardens and 200 metres away from the Lake. The 52 apartments have a simple modern decor with iron and glass furniture. They are all equipped with fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning, direct dial phones, cable television, and safes.
Le Royal is composed of 52 fully self catering apartments. There are however common areas and services offered, including: breakfast in the salon or on the terrace, wireless Internet, conference rooms, a business centre for executives as well as a coffee shop and attractive inner courtyard where guests can relax. Whilst the multilingual staff at the front desk can always advise on sightseeing opportunities and offer a safe deposit box for those who need it. The residence's location is an ideal base to explore what Annecy has to offer, being only 150 metres away from the Old Town and the Old Episcopa Palace, 200 metres away from the Lake, 250 metres from the lively Rue Ste Claireand and 350 metres away from the Europe Gardens. Geneva International Airport is 60 kilometres away with an approximate driving time of one hour.

Geneva Airport railway station is 300 metres from the Departures and Arrivals floor. Trains stop at Geneva city centre and run every 20 minutes. From there, guests are advised to take the train to Annecy station which is then 300 metres away from the hotel.
Driving directions: From the Airport, take the motorway A41 and exit at Sortie Annecy Sud. Go in the direction for the train station until you get to Rue Sommeiller. Then turn into Rue de L'Annexian and from there into Rue Royal where the hotel is located.
