The GHOTEL Muenchen Zentrum has an onsite fitness room and two conference rooms for small meetings catering for up to 50.
Guestrooms. The 154 guestrooms are decorated in a contemporary style with splashes of colour against plains and neutrals, and modern art works. All feature a safe, hair dryer and direct dial phone, along with cable television. Guests have a choice of wireless, dial up or high speed Internet connections.
Expert Tip. The open air Viktualienmarkt (food market) in the Munich's Altstadt is an interesting place to find a snack. Traditional taverns sell beer, sausage and soup. Guests arriving after 6 PM should contact the hotel prior to arrival to get a code for the key deposit box.

From Munich Franz Josef Strauss Airport (MUC): Distance to GHOTEL Hotel and Living Muenchen Zentrum is 30 kilometres, approximately 45 minutes' drive.
Getting there. The airport's train station is located between the two terminals on the basement level. The S8 and S1 S Bahn trains leave every 20 minutes for Munich's main train station (Hauptbahnhof). Journey time is about 45 minutes, and single tickets cost 8.80 EUR. Tickets must be validated prior to travelling. To reach the hotel from the main station, take subway line U2 in the direction of Messestadt or U1 towards Mangfallplatz. Get off at Fraunhoferstrasse and take the Baaderstrasse exit. The Lufthansa Airport bus runs to the Hauptbahnhof every 20 minutes, and the single fare is 9.50 EUR. Taxis to the GHOTEL cost around 55 EUR. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Much of Munich's city centre is pedestrianised and best explored on foot. The city's integrated public transport system includes buses, trams, S Bahn commuter trains, and U Bahn underground trains. Tickets cover all modes of public transport. Taxis wait at ranks around the city, but can be expensive. Trains run from the Hauptbahnhof to other German towns and the Bavarian countryside.
Driving directions. From Munich Airport, follow the motorway towards the city centre. At the end of the motorway, stay on the Mittlerer Ring, then follow signs to 'Am Tucherpark' along Ifflandstrasse. Continue straight on towards the city centre. After about 3 kilometres, turn right on to Fraunhoferstrasse, then left into Baaderstrasse as soon as possible.
