The Louis Palazzo di Zante is a modern beachfront resort with Italian style architecture set on a green hillside by the beach in picturesque Vassilikos, 15 kilometres from Zante town. Zakynthos Airport is 17 kilometres away with an approximate driving time of 40 minutes. This three floor property features 181 air conditioned guestrooms decorated with a palate of warm shades of cream and gold with antique style wooden furnishings and tiled floors. Rooms extend to circular balconies or terraces overlooking the canal pool. All include TVs, direct dial phones, hairdryers, radios, safes and mini refrigerators that can be stocked as minibars. All inclusive and half board rates are available.
Inspired by the Venetians who once ruled Zante, the hotel is set around a freshwater canal pool with bridges, waterfalls and fountains. The main pool is surrounded by terraces with sun beds and parasols. Two restaurants and two bars keep guests refreshed with buffet style dining, � la carte menus, snacks, cocktails and other beverages. The entertainment team offers different activities during the day and in the evenings there are musicals, Greek nights and folk nights. Those seeking relaxation can head to the Roman style health club which boasts a fitness room, heated indoor pool, spa tub, sauna and steam room (surcharge applies for some services). Guests of the Louis Palazzo di Zante can also take advantage of facilities at the two adjacent sister hotels, including a hairdresser, gift shop and mini market. At the adjoining Louis Royal Palace hotel guests can enjoy free use of the tennis and basketball courts. Independent operators at the nearby beach offer water sports including windsurfing, canoes, pedal boats, jet skiing, parasailing and speed boats (surcharges apply).
