Location. The Twelve Hotel is located in Bearna, on the Western coast of Ireland. This modern, boutique residence is two kilometres away from the local golf course and 12 kilometres outside of historic Galway. Galway Carnmore Airport (GWY) is 10 kilometres away and takes approximately 20 minutes to reach by car.
Hotel Features. Food and drink events are hosted at the hotel bar, and there are banqueting facilities and meeting rooms on site. Guests can spend time beside the fire at the hotel library. Further amenities include complimentary parking, complimentary wireless Internet access, airport transfer (surcharge), patio area, cafe, and a multilingual concierge service.
The Twelve Hotel offers two dining options: West is a modern restaurant serving a variety of European dishes made using fresh local produce, and with a champagne and oyster bar next door. The Pins Bar features exposed brick walls and serves light meals and a selection of cognacs, rums, and whiskies. A complimentary Irish breakfast is served to guests each morning.
Guestrooms. The 48 air conditioned guestrooms have earth toned contemporary decor. Amenities include LCD televisions with pay movies and satellite channels, wireless Internet, DVD players, CD players, direct dial telephones, safes, and minibars. Tiled bathrooms come with designer toiletries, hair dryers, slippers, and bathrobes.
Expert Tip. Kylemore Abbey, located 30 kilometres from the hotel, is a baronial style castle dating from 1868, and one of the last of its kind remaining in Ireland. The Abbey is surrounded by a six acre Victorian walled garden.

Getting there. Guests can travel to the hotel by taxi or hire car. Taxis from the airport cost approximately 15 EUR (subject to change).
Driving directions. From Dublin, head towards the quays and pass Heuston Station before joining the N4 and following signs for The West. Take the N6 and head towards Galway City, then follow signs for Clifden and Oughterard. Take the third exit at the Headford Road roundabout, and the second exit at the next roundabout, then follow for the Coast Road/Spiddal. Continue into Bearna. The hotel is on your right.
