Location. Located in Cancun, Mexico, The Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun resembles a seaside village. AquaWorld Marina's water sport rentals and fishing excursions are located 200 meters from the resort and the Hilton golf course lies one kilometer away.
Hotel Features. Seven on site restaurants and bars include Kalmia, a three level restaurant that features steaks, seafood and Mexican specialties, and hosts a weekly Caribbean buffet and show. Rosato Ristorante features an intimate fine dining setting where Italian/Mediterranean fare takes center stage. Skylit and spacious, the Lobby Lounge books live music nightly. A business center features three conference rooms, individual work spaces and high speed Internet access. More than 30,000 square feet of flexible function space consists of twelve separate rooms that can accommodate up to 1,100 guests. A convention center adds to this property's corporate appeal. An upper level freeform outdoor pool cascades into another freeform pool that meanders toward a shallow children's section. An adjacent spa tub accommodates ten people. The hotel's beach frontage consists of 274 palapa shaded meters of powdery white sand. The hotel's spa contains saunas and offers various massage techniques, body and facial treatments. The spa also consists of a fully equipped fitness center and beauty shop.
Guestrooms. This European Plan hotel offers 502 guestrooms in three, seven and eight story wings with atrium gardens. Rooms feature contemporary d�cor with milk glass tables and deeply grained wood furnishings, headboards and floor lamps. All white bedding is accented with orange throws and multiple pillows. The rooms' minimalist appearance includes area rugs that add a hint of color to tiled floors. Neutral color schemes extend to the tan tiled bathrooms. High speed Internet connections and televisions with wireless keyboards offer Internet access. Room amenities include satellite television, coffeemakers and minibars.
Expert Tip. The health spa offers beachfront "wine and stars" massages performed beneath the vast evening skies.

Children 12 and under eat free from the children's menu with paying adults dining from the regular menu. This offer applies to all room categories and all inclusive rate plans.
