The Crown Piast Hotel is a modern three floor building with a marble and glass lobby set in landscaped private gardens, five kilometres from the historic centre of Krakow. The 160 guestrooms include air conditioning, satellite TVs, radios, telephones, dial up Internet access and minibars, and bathrooms with showers. Decor is warm, with light walls and patterned fabrics, and some rooms also have a view of the gardens.
Buffet breakfast is served each morning and the restaurant serves Polish and international cuisine with a selection of wines, and desserts and cakes made in the hotel's own pastry shop. The hotel is set in lovely gardens which feature a pond, fountain and many rare species of plants and trees. In the centre of the garden there is a wooden tavern which hosts folk evenings, concerts and outdoor feasts. In the hotel, there is a bar which overlooks the gardens and has a summer terrace. Guests can unwind in the Health and Beauty Centre, featuring a fitness room, sauna, hot tub, two tennis courts and a massage treatment room. Staff at the 24 hour front desk can book tickets and help with travel arrangements. There are babysitting services and in room massage is available. The hotel can host weddings and has ten multi functional conference rooms, as well as offering an onsite business centre. Bicycles can be hired at the hotel route maps are provided for exploring the city. Visitors will find the Krakow's many historic attractions within five kilometres, such as Wawel Castle, Wawel Cathedral and the Cloth Hall in the Old Town. The Kazimierz District and the Centre for Jewish Culture are six kilometres away. The airport is eight kilometres from the hotel, approximately 20 minutes' drive.

The best way to reach the hotel from the airport is by taxi (approximate fare is PLN 50). Regular buses also run from the airport to the city centre, costing between 2.50 and 4 PLN. There is also a cheap, efficient city wide tram and bus system. Tickets costs 2.50 PLN for adults, and all journeys cost the same, irrespective of distance.
From the airport take the A4 motorway in the direction of Krakow. At the end of the motorway, turn right onto Radzikowskiego Street. The hotel is on the right, before Ofiar Katynia roundabout.
