Hotel Villa Rica is housed in a modern glass fronted building located in Lisbon's rapidly growing financial district, two hundred meters from Entre Campos metro station, one kilometer from the boutiques and cafes of Avenida de Roma. The 171 air conditioned guestrooms are decorated in a contemporary style with light colored wood and soft furnishings in cool tones. All offer minibars, work desks, direct dial telephones and bathroom phones, satellite television, and pay movies.
Guests can enjoy traditional Portuguese and international dishes in the Ouro Preto Restaurant, or light meals, snacks and a range of coffees in the cafe. For relaxation, there is a fitness equipment, spa facilities and indoor swimming pool (closed Sundays), and the hotel also boasts a cigar room where guests can sample cigars from around the world. There are nine conference rooms offering banqueting facilities and practical amenities include concierge facilities and a 24 hour front desk. The neo moorish Campo Pequeno Bullring is just 300 meters away, and the Gulbenkian Foundation gardens, with its amphitheater and sculptures, are 200 meters away. Lisbon Airport is eight kilometers away, a 15 minute drive. The Carris AeroBus number 91 departs from the Airport every 20 minutes to the city center and to the Cais do Sodr� railway station (journey time is about 20 minutes). Tickets can be purchased on board. From Cais do Sodr� railway station, guests should take the metro to Entre Campos.
